Find your calling.
Walk it with clarity.
The Level Path Training Center helps adults and teams discern and pursue God-given callings in business and leadership through Biblically grounded coaching and training.
You know there’s more. You just can’t see the path.
Maybe you sense God calling you to build something: a business, a team, or an organization. But you don't know how to get from where you are to where He's leading you.
Or maybe you're already leading, and somewhere along the way you've lost the clarity you started with.
Either way, generic advice won't cut it. You need guidance rooted in God's Word and built for your situation. That's why we're here.
Why “The Level Path”?
God's Word gives us a path for how we work and lead. But the world's noise about success, hustle, and what it takes to win can overgrow that path.
We help clear the path back into view. From there, you carve your own trail toward the specific calling God has placed before you.
“Teach me your way, O Lord, and lead me on a level path.” ”
The Level Path Program
Over 12 weeks, you'll discover who God made you to be, build a plan worth pursuing, and develop the leadership skills to make Kingdom impact. Each week builds on the last, with all 12 Core Principles woven throughout.
It's built for anyone ready to go all in and for teams that want to grow together with a shared language and direction.

Small groups.
Real conversations.
No barriers.
In person
We meet face-to-face in small cohorts, so you get real coaching, not just content.
Forming now
Our first cohort is filling up. Join the interest list, and we'll reach out with dates and location.
Open to everyone
Every program is offered on a sliding scale and supported by scholarships, so cost is never a barrier.
Become a Path Maker
The goal isn't just to finish a program. It's to leave with the clarity and direction to carve your own trail toward God's calling.
That's what a Path Maker is: a leader who walked the Level Path and now leads others with purpose. Over time, our Path Makers will form a connected network of leaders and organizations who trace their clarity back to the path they found here.
The Path Is open
Whether you're walking it, funding it, or pointing someone toward it, there's a place for you here.
